To Claim Your Prize:
Upon discovering that you have won you proceed to one of our sales offices that is llocated in Sunny Isle on St. Croix, and Downtown at Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas.
For St. Thomas Winners, prizes in excess of $1200 must be redeemed at the main office located at 81A and 81B Krondprindsens Gade on St. Thomas.
For St. Croix Winners, Prize Winning Payouts for any prize valued above $1200.00 plus terminal will require the ticket bearer to redeem their winnings at the Sunny Isle Shopping Center Lottery Office location.
All prizes in excess of $1200 require that the claimants present two pieces of identification with photographs and complete a claims form with some pertinent information.
There is a seven (7) day grace period for payment of major prizes.
